Poonam Pandey appeared before at the Azad Nagar Police Station in Mumbai today for questioning. An FIR was registered against the actress for violating lockdown norms. She was questioned for three hours.
Mumbai Police had registered an FIR against Poonam and her husband Sam Ahmad Bombay under sections 269 (Negligent act likely to spread infection of a disease dangerous to life) and 188 (Disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under provisions of the National Disaster Act.
She was clicked exiting the police station after her interrogation.
