Naagin 3 actor Pearl V Puri is currently in judicial custody for allegedly raping a minor girl on his TV show's sets in 2019. He has been arrested under the POSCO Act on June 5. Pearl's bail hearing will be held by Vasai Court. Recently, the mother of the alleged victim shared her side of the story and said Pearl is innocent and the child's father has falsely framed him in the case. The minor child's parents are living separately for around 2 years now.
Now, in an exclusive statement to an entertainment portal, the lawyer of the alleged victim's father revealed what all happened and why the complaint was filed. In the detailed statement, it was mentioned that when the father met his child at her school, she came running to him and said that she is scared as something has happened with her on the sets of the show. The minor then narrated the entire incident. The statement also states that the alleged victim knew Pearl by the name of his on-screen character-Ragbir.
The statement further read, "Accusations, that it is bad marriage, toxic relationship, bad husband to divert the matter from the actual fact, that the child has been molested is absolutely wrong. If the marriage is good or bad has nothing to do with what happened to the child. The child spoke the truth confirmed by the medical report so why discussion of all this."
The detailed statement ended with the lawyer stating, "With folded hands, my client requests that everyone lets the judiciary do their job and stop accusing my daughter of being a liar."
