Shilpa Shetty, who is all set to make a Bollywood comeback after 13 years with Priyadarshan's film Hungama 2 on July 23, will be summoned by the Mumbai Police in the alleged porn films case. On Monday night, the actress's husband, Raj Kundra, was taken into police custody for allegedly making pornographic films and publishing them through mobile applications. 

As per sources, Shilpa is Raj's partner in all his businesses. Last year, actor Sachin Joshi filed a complaint against Shilpa and Raj alleging that he had been cheated by Satyug Gold Pvt Ltd, a gold company formerly headed by the couple, from which he had purchased a kilo of gold in a gold scheme.

In the past, Raj was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in its money laundering probe against late gangster Iqbal Memon alias Iqbal Mirchi, and DHFL promoters Kapil and Dheeraj Wadhawan.
