Businessman Raj Kundra was interrogated by Mumbai Crime Branch today. He was arrested on Monday night in a case related to making and distributing pornographic films via mobile apps. Raj's former personal assistant, Umesh Kamat, was also questioned. During the interrogation, sources say that the Mumbai Police went through Umesh's chats that were proof of Raj's plans.
Sources say that during his interrogation, Raj clarified that his actress wife Shilpa Shetty didn't know about this business of his. Reportedly, he informed the police that Shilpa was under the impression that he was making a big scale OTT web series.
Reportedly, seven girls in the pornography case have come forward. As per sources, a few more female models have recorded their statements. The Mumbai Crime Branch is expected to arrest more people in the case.
