Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra’s judicial custody in the pornography case has been extended till July 27 as his bail plea was rejected today by court. The businessman was taken to Shilpa’s and his residence by the Crime Branch officials today so that the couple can be interrogated in the case together. Apparently, the authorities are alleging that Shilpa also has dealings in the case and she withheld crucial information during the previous interrogation.
As per the authorities, Shilpa is also a partner in Raj’s company that deals with the adult content. The investigating body has also alleged that Shilpa received lakhs of rupees in her account through the porn business. Moreover, several girls have come forward with claims that they had spoken to Shilpa over the pornography content. The actress is being interrogated in front of her husband in the case.
Raj was arrested on the charges on July 19 and was subsequently sent to judicial custody till July 23. He was presented before a court today where his bail plea was rejected and custody was extended till July 27.
