Mumbai Court has granted bail to Raj Kundra in pornography case. Raj, who was arrested on July 19, is now out on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000. Along with Kundra, his business partner Ryan Thorpe has also been granted bail in the same pornographic movie production case.

The police had contended that Raj Kundra - along with his company Viaan Enterprises' IT head Ryan Thorpe - were allegedly engaged in creating pornographic content which was published through some paid porn apps.

The alleged scam came to light early this year when the Malad police raided a bungalow at Madh Island where porn films were reportedly being shot leading to the arrest of the filmmakers, the actors, and the technical staff.
