NCB’s raid on rave party a costly affair, the authorities spent Rs 50 lakhs to bust the bash

Narcotics Control Bureau’s raid on the cruise ship Cordela – The Empress, which was bound for Goa has been a costly affair for the investigating authorities. They spent around Rs 50 lakhs for the operation and took help of dock officials to get narcotics tracing devices. The NCB raid bust the rave party before the cruise could sail off.

A top Bollywood star’s son was also detained by the NCB officials. He is believed to have been called as a guest by the cruise organizers and he decided to visit with his group of friends.

The raid was organized with a 25 members team from NCB, who procured psychotropic and banned drugs like Cocaine, Mephedrone, MDMA, Ecstasy and high-quality Charas at the party.

Around ten people have been detained after the raid and they are being questioned by the NCB officials in the matter.
