New details about Tunisha Sharma’s suicide investigation have come out regarding her ex-boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Khan. Tunisha allegedly committed suicide on the sets of her serial Alibaba – Dastaan-e-Kabul on Saturday. A case of abetment to suicide was registered against Sheezan under Section 306 of the IPC. Now, a new report claiming Sheezan broke down during interrogation has been doing the rounds on the internet.
A lady officer from Waliv Police Station informed about Sheezan getting teary-eyed. The lady officer, who questioned Tunisha's ex-boyfriend, said he broke down during the interrogation. For the last two days, he had been giving different reasons for his break-up with Tunisha. However, when a lady officer started questioning him, he broke down. The officer mentioned that Sheezan used to initially keep quiet but he got emotional last night (December 26).

Sheezan had earlier told Waliv police that he ended the relationship with Tunisha after seeing the media coverage of the Shraddha Walkar murder case. During interrogation, Sheezan reportedly also said that Tunisha had earlier attempted suicide after their breakup. Tunisha and Sheezan had reportedly broken up a fortnight before she was found dead on the set of a TV show in Mumbai. "Tunisha had recently tried to commit suicide a few days before her death, but at that time I saved her and told Tunisha's mother to take special care of her," Sheezan said.
Tunisha's last rites will be held today at 3 pm. The family informed the actor's fans, followers, and well-wishers that her last rites will be held on Tuesday. Last evening, Tunisha's family issued a statement. It read, “Our beloved Tunisha Sharma. With a sorrowful heart we are informing you that Tunisha Sharma left us for heavenly abode on 24th December 22. We wish for everyone to come and offer their last prayers to the departed soul.” Her last rites will be held at the Mira Road cremation ground. The last rites will begin at 3 pm.
