Television actress Tunisha Sharma committed suicide on the sets of her serial Alibaba – Dastaan-e-Kabul on Saturday. A case of abetment to suicide was registered against her ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan under Section 306 of the IPC soon after. Ever since, several new details are coming in every now and then regarding the investigation. Now it is being said that Sheezan's secret girlfriend has been identified and that she will be questioned by the Mumbai police soon.
Sources claim that the police have been able to confirm the identity of Sheezan’s alleged secret girlfriend. They are yet to question her. They will also question Sheezan’s mother about the matter. The police are waiting to retrieve old, deleted chats from Sheezan’s phone.
In a new update from the police, sources informed a leading news portal, “The Waliv police retrieved whatsapp chats and recordings from Sheezan’s phone. They scanned all the chats and found nothing inappropriate or suspicious in the chats exchanged between Sheezan and Tunisha. They are yet to unlock Tunisha’s phone.”
Sources claim that Sheezan has been changing statements during the police recordings. “All of Sheezan’s statements are being recorded on camera. After speaking about differences in religion being one of the reasons behind the breakup, Sheezan now claims that he wanted to focus on his career and hence he broke up with Tunisha.” The Waliv police will be requesting an extension of Sheezan’s remand.
