They orbit different galaxies and there is probably no reason why even a sliver of competition would ever flare up between Sanjay Dutt and Aamir Khan. But it has! Apparently, the two are neck-to-neck in the race to acquire a certain piece of property in Mumbai’s Khar-Bandra area.

Word goes that the plot that has caught their eye has been lying vacant for a while, and it was Aamir was had made the first bid. At a reported Rs.80 crore, it wasn’t exactly loose change and the deal would probably have been sealed if not for the Dutt stepping into the fray. Apparently, Aamir was left stumped to hear that the Munnabhai star had gone ahead and offered to pick up the same property at a higher price! Sanjay supposedly raised the stakes by a whole Rs.10 crore more, naturally putting Aamir’s bid in the shade.
Will the competition heat up further, with Aamir raising the stakes further? This will be one battle to watch out for!

Speaking of stars splashing out on pricey property, just recently we told you about Kangana’s new acquisition – a sprawling bungalow purchased for a whopping Rs.20.7 crore. The property in question is on Nargis Dutt Road, which all know, is where her once-good friend Sanjay Dutt also lives. We are sure though that she and the Dutt will take care to steer completely clear of each other!

Their animosity dates back to their film Rascals. Apparently, Kangana had been telling unsavoury tales about both Sanju and Ajay Devgn back then. When asked if her statements about her co-actors were attention-seeking tactics, Kangana had retorted, “Honestly why do I need to take anyone's name to further my career? I'm in a very good place. I can truly understand if I were to drop Tom Cruise's name to make an impact. Why would I need to take any other names?”

Dutt and Devgn had vowed to never work with her again. Which is why we wonder how polite Dutt will be should they run into each other on the street they now both inhabit!
