All the zillion fans of cherubic Taimur, feast your peepers on him while you can. Once the cuddly tot comes of age, he will be winging it to a distant school across the seas, away from the constant and often intrusive media glare of life in B-town. Papa Saif has come out to reveal his plans for his third child, and they include sending him to a nice boarding school in England, to keep him grounded and safe from undue attention.

Sounding besotted about his baby boy, the Nawab of Pataudi talks about the innocence in Taimur’s eyes, of the lack of pretension, and he also voices his worry regarding the stardom he already has around him. He does have a point. The tot, who will only turn one on December 20 this year, is already a star in his own right, with fan clubs to his credit, photogs rushing to capture his airport looks, and articles discussing his expressions and style. Although he appears to be fairly comfortable with the flashing cameras and constant attention, it cannot be the healthiest environment for a growing child. Boarding school would seem like the proper solution to Saif, but we seriously wonder how the emotional Bebo would bear the thought of being parted from her child, even if it is supposedly for his own good!

As of now, little Taimur is almost like an appendage of hers, as he is toted along everywhere, whether to all her shoots of Veere Di Wedding, or to celebrate his aunt Soha’s recent birthday party.

Never one to do things by half measure, Kareena has made it amply clear that her son is the ‘centre of her being right now’. Completely smitten, she calls him her soul, claiming her heart doesn’t beat inside her anymore; it’s in little Taimur. She even gives a subtle warning to her friends and family, saying that whatever she does in her life now, will be about Taimur.

So, when Taimur eventually leaves for boarding school, chances are Mama will go along too!
