In the game of one-upmanship that rumoured exes Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan are locked in, action and counter-action is the order of the day. When Hrithik finally broke his silence via a long explanation shared on Twitter, and emails purportedly sent to by Kangana were leaked yesterday, it was a given that the Ranaut camp would retaliate. And they have. Now the actress has a filed a complaint with the Mumbai Police Cyber Cell against the actor.
It see her lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee demanding preventive action against Hrithik under section 151 & 149 of CRPC. The complaint also declares that Kangana reserves the right to file a criminal case for outraging the modesty of a woman.
The complaint also lists the ‘Noted Differences in Complaints by Mr.Roshan’, stating that “In the noticed dated 25th February 2016, Mr. Hrithik Roshan had mischievously claimed that besides strictly professional relationship, there has not been any social, personal, platonic, and/or intimate relationship between Hrithik and Kangana.” Against it is their claim that “Hrithik Roshan was forced to admit to his social relationship with my client (which has now been admitted in his above-captioned letter dated 8th April, 2017).” The notice also points out that while in the notice dated 29th February 2016, Hrithik had claimed that he had received a total of 1439 mails from Kangana, he now claims that a total of 3000 emails have been received from Kangana.
In the complaint, Kangana’s lawyer Siddiquee maintains that “Mr. Hrithik Roshan seems to have changed his stand of ‘chasing an imposter after almost two years of delay in filing a FIR‘ and now conveniently wishes to show himself as a victim of cyber stalking by malafidely and mischievously relying on fabricated and unverified emails received by Mr. Hrithik Roshan from a hacked account, which he himself was accused of hacking way back in May 2014.”
With Hrithik set to spill all about the Kangana controversy on Arnab Goswami’s ‘Nation Wants to Know’, which will air this weekend, expect the muck to really hit the skies!
