Her identity isn’t confined to her husband superstar actor-producer Shah Rukh Khan, also known as King Khan in Bollywood. An accomplished interior designer Gauri Khan’s talent knows no bounds and her friends in the film fraternity such as filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Ranbir Kapoor vouch for it.

Gauri had recently launched her store, where who’s who of Bollywood turned up. Her close friends in the industry actor-model Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora, Sridevi, fashion designer Manish Malhotra and others made their gracious presence. So, after over a month of its launch and around her birthday, Gauri decided to treat her fans with a glimpse of her lavish store through her eyes. The store is located in Juhu which offers a collection of designs in home décor including crystal-studded bespoke lighting, signature glam aesthetic, and other such selections.

Meanwhile, her darling husband Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter and said, “There r no shortcuts to any place worth going... @gaurikhan Ur passion for design and perseverance shines through at #GauriKhanDesigns (sic).” To which Karan Johar added, “Here’s presenting the @gaurikhan flagship store! Her imagination and exceptional talent unravels in this home away from home space! (sic).” Gauri too wrote, “I’m truly passionate about designing. I love walking into an empty room & imagining what it could be." #GauriKhanDesigns (sic).” “The space is an eclectic mix of custom & select designer pieces, ranging from antique to the contemporary (sic),” she added.

Not known to many, Varun Dhawan and Ranbir, who have recently purchased their new bachelor pads, got Gauri to do their residence's interiors.
