Sanjay Dutt and his wife, Maanayata Dutt, have two beautiful children, Iqra and Shahraan, and Sanjay has been trying his best to be a loving father to them. The actor recently shared pictures from a photoshoot with his kids on his Instagram handle, where the trio looks picture perfect and the little ones seem to have no problem striking cute poses for the camera with their father.  Sanjay captioned the image saying, “They are the world to me! Thank you @htbrunch for this fun shoot with Shahraan and Iqra.”

In an interview with a weekly, Sanju baba expressed his regret over the time he lost with his family due to the infamous court case he was involved in. He further stated, "The case dragged on for twenty-three long years. It bogged me down. But I was really lucky that when I started my jail term the twins were about two years old and they don’t have any memory of it. And I am glad that I came out just when they were becoming aware of their surroundings. Now I am always there for them, always around."

Sanjay’s wife, Maanayata also added, "Even before he went to jail, he would be out on the shoot and the kids were never really used to seeing him at home all the time. Seeing Sanjay with the kids now made me realize that I could not have filled the void his absence created. When we were planning our Italy trip, the way he interacted with the kids, the way the kids bargained for pocket money with him, suddenly made me acutely aware of how important he is to them. After they left, I told him I never expected him to be this good at being a dad!"

Besides making up for lost time and spending time with his family, Sanju baba has his next project lined up for him and will be seen in a gangster avatar in the upcoming movie Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3.
