And we got the first seats to witness one of these lovely gestures! Virat stamped authority with the bat in Centurion against South Africa when he went past the 150-run mark in the second session of Day 3 test series after hitting a boundary on Morne Morkel's delivery.

To celebrate this milestone, as a sweet gesture the captain kissed the wedding ring he hung around his neck attached to a chain. Certainly a big slap to all the trolls who blame the actress everytime he fails to score big runs. He credited his wife for his performance, in turn, setting himself in stone as the ideal husband.

India was eventually bowled out for 307 after Morkel scalped Kohli’s wicket to concede a 28-run lead.

For those of you who are living under a rock, the couple secretly tied the knot in December in Tuscany, Italy. They two later held two receptions in Delhi and Mumbai.
