Ranveer-Arjun could team up again and we are thrilled!

It is no secret that producer Boney Kapoor has spent many years trying to put his sequel to the blockbusting No Entry, on the rails. However, No Entry Mein Entry, which had released in 2005, has been plagued with delays in every department. The casting itself has been a huge hurdle. Some time ago, director Anees Bazmee had said that it would be “good” if superstar Salman Khan agreed to be a part of the sequel to No Entry, but that if he was not keen on doing it, they would have to scout for another actor.

He had also revealed that he was ready with the script of No Entry Mein Entry and was just waiting to get the dates of Salman. “Salman is a fantastic actor, he is a star. If he is part of the film then it is really very good, but if he doesn’t want to do it then we will have to think of another actor with all plus and minus points and accordingly work towards it (story).

Whenever Salman is part of a film it does benefit (the film),” he had pointed out.
It had been reported at that time, that for Salman’s character Prem, Arjun Kapoor might be roped in. Even Akshay Kumar’s name had cropped up. On the speculation of casting, Bazmee had said that even he had heard about them (Arjun and Akshay), but there has been no discussion about it.

Now, apparently, there have been developments as far as the sequel is concerned… Buzz goes that Boney Kapoor has come up with something of a casting coup: to sign on Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, in place of the original cast. While Ranveer is expected to step into the shoes of Salman Khan, Arjun Kapoor is pegged to play Anil Kapoor’s part. A character actor will be cast in the role played by Fardeen Khan.

If Ranveer does give his nod to this caper, teaming up again with his Gunday co-star Arjun, it will be a riot onscreen for sure!
