It could have been just a comment made in jest - or then it could just be the truth that slipped out…
Taapsee Pannu had appeared on the TV reality show ‘Entertainment Ki Raat’ and she sure gave everyone something to chew over. During the course of the show, she was asked to name the one person she would not want to work with. Ms. Pannu apparently gave this question a moment’s thought and then revealed: “Jacqueline”!
Now, this is quite a confession, considering the two actresses have been rumoured to be at loggerheads for a while. However, in what was perhaps an attempt to undo the damage, Taapsee quickly added that she had only named Jacqueline because they had had already worked together. (Lame or what!) She also admitted that she was envious of Jackie’s perfectly toned body. (Now that, we can agree with!)

Of course, we are not exactly buying Taapsee’s wishy-washy explanation. After all, there had been constant rumours of a cold war between the two as they filmed their joint venture, Judwaa 2 together with Varun Dhawan. The rumours had intensified when both girls posted pics from behind-the-scenes of the film with Varun, but never with each other.
Jacqueline had even come out to refute the reports of animosity between her and Taapsee, claiming that the speculation probably started because they had different shooting schedules in London. (Nice try!) She had explained, “Taapsee had finished shooting when I arrived. We actually met during "Tan Tana Tan…" and we had a blast because she's full of life like Varun and me. She taught me Punjabi and I found a drinking partner who, like me, orders water with lime,” Jacqueline laughed.
Taapsee had tried equally hard to convince all of her fondness for Jacqueline. “I admire Jackie’s energy, she has a positive vibe, and I learnt how to smile through everything from her.”
And after this mutual gush-fest, Taapsee still chooses to name Jacqueline as the one person she would not want to work with… How very interesting!
