Yesterday our paps spotted Deepika Padukone and her sister Anisha Padukone at the Mumbai Airport. Now we know they were headed to the capital city, Delhi. Last night, Deepika attended an event with her sister and mother Ujjala Padukone. It was her father, Prakash Padukone, a legendary badminton player's award function. The family was seen smiling with pride and our dear DP even shed a tear of joy as she smiled brightly. Her pride was very evident as she even shared the picture of the invitation.

The Badminton Association of India (BAI) felicitated Mr. Padukone with the Lifetime Achievement Award. This award was given to him by the Vice President Venkaiah Naidu. PV Sindhu who was already present at the ceremony made sure to get a picture clicked with the Padukone family.
