It's a 'neigh' says horse owner to Salman Khan

We've seen our fair share of bizarre celebrity moment. We've also seen our fair share of bourgeoisie celebrity moment. And then, there is Salman Khan.

Looks like the actor offered to pay a whopping Rs 2 crore to buy a horse in Surat!

Surprisingly though, the horse owner, Sirajkhan Pathan doesn't want to part ways with the horse and has turned down Bhaijaan's offer.

What's even more surprising is that Salman isn't the only one who made such offers for the stallion.

A year ago, Badal family of Punjab offered Rs. 1.11 crore to buy the six-year-old breed. And seven such prospective buyers have eyed the horse but the owner really seems to be a tough nut to crack.

Why the craze over a horse? Turns out Saqab, the horse has a match in only two other horses in the world - one in the US and the other in Canada. The horse can walk with a speed of 43 kpmh and of course being the rare breed that he is, the ride on one such horse is just as comfortable.

Originally a Sindhi breed, Saqab's mother was of a Pakistani-Sindhi breed, whereas its father was from Rajasthani-Sutharwali breed. The horse has one black and one white eye.

And this beauty has made a name of it's own by winning all the 19 races it has participated in thus far. Impressive, right?

Pathan told a leading daily, "I know, my horse senses human presence and loves it. When it sees public and is walking, people might feel it would trample on them but it would take a turn at the last moment and walk away clean. It loves to stay in human company and enjoys admiration showered on it."

No wonder the owner isn't 'horsing around', even with the Bollywood's Bhaijaan.
