Vogue BFFs Season 2: Rani spilled the beans on Adi Chopra’s 3 Fs…

The recent episode of ‘BFFs with Vogue’ saw Rani Mukerji let her guard down with bestie, designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Here’s some of the stuff she shared that had our eyes popping…

Talking about how she met her husband-to-be, YashRaj Films’ scion Aditya Chopra, Rani revealed, "After having faced failure for a couple of my films, luckily Mujhse Dosti Karoge happened and that’s when I met Adi first time professionally. He told me that I’m doing a couple of crap films and that people have pressured him not to take me because they think you don’t have the equity for a Yash Raj film but Adi had belief in my talent and me and thought that I was good for the part. My mother and I have been very upfront people always and I like frankness and openness so I like the fact that he was on my face.”
Wow, who would have thought an opening like that could have led to endless love!

Of course, she had jaws dropping when she responded to a query about whether she curses and abuses. “Yes, I do. I curse my husband every day; I abuse my husband every day!” She was quick to explain, ‘’He does such loving things that the cursing comes out with love! So, in my family when we curse, we curse with love. We don’t curse with hate. If I curse somebody, that means I really love that person.’’ Alright, then!

She sounded perfectly in tune with Adi Chopra’s views on bringing up their daughter away from the spotlight. “I want Adira to grow up normally. You get unwanted and undeserved attention without having achieved anything in life. I want Adira to be treated like any other child in school. Aditya and I don’t want her to be photographed constantly.”

And she absolutely stole our heart with her cheeky response to what habits of Adi she doesn’t want their daughter to pick up… “His immense passion for food…Food and Films…Actually it’s three Fs – Food, Films and I will not spell out the third F.” We love this gal, don’t you!
