Malaika in News! Advises Kareena to stop gossiping, still uses Khan surname

On an upcoming episode, Malaika Arora appears with her sister and bestie, Amrita Arora Ladak. And when it’s time to give their mutual friend Kareena Kapoor Khan some advice, Malaika promptly says, “Kareena, stop gossiping!”

Kareena’s Goss Queen status has been pretty much established over the years. She is said to be ever curious about the lives and loves of her B-town frat. To the extent, that on ‘Koffee With Karan’ last year, her host, and bestie Karan Johar even described her as having “a gossip conglomerate”! He had even said that Kareena has all the information and she leaves it to her cousin Ranbir Kapoor to broadcast it.

Karan perhaps should not have been going around discussing Bebo’s insatiable need for gossip considering she herself has revealed that her “source of gossip are only two people – Karan Johar and Arjun Kapoor”! What’s more, ironically, Arjun Kapoor is the man whom Malaika Arora has been intermittently linked with.

The two have, however, continued to keep their alleged relationship under wraps. Even though rumours do the rounds that he wants to keep it discreet to please his daddy and not chance the rumours affecting his career, the two are reportedly very much involved. At Malaika’s birthday party in London last year, he had reportedly even flown down to surprise her as she partied with her gal pals, complete with a diamond ring in tow.

This is probably another reason why eyebrows were raised when Malaika was asked by host Neha to reveal the last time she was single. Her response: “Currently.”

Another point to ponder: Amrita introduced her sister to host Neha as Malaika Arora Khan instead of Malaika Arora on the Colours Infinity show. Now, this is intriguing as Malaika had evidently dropped the ‘Khan’ surname after she divorced husband Arbaaz Khan. This has triggered speculation of a possible reconciliation in the offing.

And after what seems like a rather turbulent love life, Malaika still believes she is lucky in love, as she shared on the show. Attagirl, Mala!
