After Ranbir, Katrina, celebs make a beeline for Trump Towers

The uber-luxe Trump Tower complex, Pune, comprising two towers of 25 floors with a total of 44 apartments, is apparently the current must-buy on every celeb’s list. B-wood denizens are said to be all eager to acquire their own piece of real-estate paradise – sprawling apartments spread across 6,100 square feet, in the swish and massive Trump Tower complex in Pune. While some have already acquired their own residences, more are in the process of doing so.

In fact, Donald Trump Jr, son of the President of the United States, had supposedly flown down to Pune in connection with the high-profile project. He had inaugurated the second building in the Trump Tower complex at Kalyani Nagar.

Soon after, Panchsheel Developers, who are the owners and developers of the property using the “Trump” name and mark under a license, were inundated by calls from Bollywood celebrities interested in acquiring flats. The group’s chairman, Atul Chordia himself has revealed that he has received several calls from Hindi film industry celebrities. These include the names of the top five stars of Bollywood. This building complex is touted to be the most luxurious in India.

Among those who have already booked their space in Trump Towers, are Ranbir Kapoor, who has apparently bought two flats – one in his father Rishi’s name and another in his own. Their apartments had supposedly been acquired at Rs.13 crore each in 2015. What’s more, his ex, Katrina Kaif has also reserved her apartment in the same building. Sussanne Khan has reportedly also booked her flat for an even higher price of Rs.16 crore

A show flat of the complex displays interiors designed by renowned Italian architect and interior designer Matteo Nunziati in a contemporary style. Each apartment exudes both sophistication and warmth. The complex also boasts the first-of-its-kind 13,500-square-foot art gallery and outdoor lap pool. Just the place to kick back and relax away from the madding crowd… and hopefully not run into your ex, while you’re at it!
