The much awaited teaser of the Rajnikanth starrer Kaala is finally here. It also features the very dynamic Nana Patekar, making it a deadly combination of two geniuses. The teaser gives us a glimpse of the tiff between black and white - Rajnikanth and Nana.

While Nana is seen saying, "Kaala, what kind of a name is that?", Rajnikanth is seen in his element with dialogues such as, "Kaala means black, God of death. One who fights to protect. Black, color of Proletariat. Come and check out in my chawls, dust scatters like a rainbow."

Well, isn't that something? The teaser also gives us a glimpse of the lovely Huma Qureshi.

Kaala, also known as Kaala Karikaalan, is a gangster film written and directed by Pa. Ranjith and produced by Wunderbar Films. It revolves around Rajinikanth's character. In the movie, Ranjikanth's character runs away from Tirunelveli to Mumbai where he becomes a powerful don living in the slums of Dharavi.

The team, including producer Dhanush recently postponed the teaser release to March 2, as a mark of respect for Kanchi Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswathi, who died due to cardiac arrest in Tamil Nadu recently.

Dhanush had tweeted, "Due to the demise of respected Jagadguru Poojyashri Jayaendra Saraswati Shankaracharya, as a mark of respect Kaala teaser will be released on 2nd March. Apologies to all the fans who were eagerly waiting for the teaser."

The movie also stars Anjali Patil, Eswari Rao and Pankaj Tripathi. Nana Patekar plays the main antagonist opposite Rajinikanth. The movie is scheduled to release in April.

Rajinikanth's movie 2.0, sequel of Enthiran, is also much awaited. It is directed by S Shankar and features Akshay Kumar as the villain.
