‘BFFs with Vogue’: Rajkummar waxed his legs, Radhika was called Colgate!

The well-matched pair Radhika Apte and Rajkummar Rao were the perfect bum-chums on ‘BFFs with Vogue’ – both are sensationally talented actors and prefer keeping it low-key in the ‘starry’ department.

Here’s what they chatted about over the weekend…

Rajkummar Rao revealed that he has got waxed in the past, “Yes, I tried it once… very painful. My legs.” He also shared that he is not too fond of make-up or pedicures. “I have not done that actually. No pedicure ever!” We also now know that the person who can make him laugh the most is his friend Anish John and actress-girlfriend Patralekha.

Rajkummar further spilled the beans that he finds Queen co-star Kangana Ranaut 'Diva' like whereas for Radhika Sushant Singh Rajput turned out to be an overrated actor!

Radhika shared that other than family, she seeks the approval of her husband Benedict Taylor. Also, that she has good teeth now, but when she was small she had really white teeth and a couple of neighbours would call her ‘Colgate’! Quizzed about her ‘go anywhere do anything’ fantasy, she chuckled, “Oh my god! That will be really kinky. Would that be? I would like to go on top of the mountain which is in the middle of the sea and do things…” Rajkummar would choose to go the moon, jump around and do the moonwalk!

More secrets were spilled, such as that Rajkummar would love to shoot a love scene with Penelope Cruz, and he believes his Newton and Bareilly Ki Barfi were crafted to perfection.
Radhika believes her spirit animal is “Probably a goat… that’s what I have been told.”
She also revealed her first experience with phone sex… Recalling her audition for Dev D, where she was expected to have phone sex, she said:

There was also some advice coming from this straight-spoken girl… “I think RGV (Ram Gopal Varma) should just stop making films. Look at the work he has done in the past, those are like brilliant films and I love them. But if you going to make films that will ruin the lot that you made earlier don’t. Just quit… I have immense love and respect for RGV and I say he should stop because of this.”
