It has been four long years since the Ek Do Teen queen brought her magic on the big screen. But, the good news is here! Madhuri Dixit who was last seen in Dedh Ishqiya with Naseeruddin Shah, is finally coming back to delight us with her awesomeness. No, this is not another big Bollywood film. In fact, Madhuri is ticking off something that has been on her bucket list for long. She will soon be seen in a Marathi film titled Bucket List.
Earlier yesterday, the teaser of Bucket List was released and we can’t wait to watch the film. A slice-of-life film, this flick is here to get all the ladies out there wanting to live all the dreams buried under the baggage of survival.

The teaser begins with Madhura Sane a.k.a Madhuri introducing herself. Over the years all that she has been is “Mrs. Sane, Radhika and Neil’s mother, Sane’s daughter-in-law”. In spite of having lost her own identity, she stays happy and content with the new life. Things take a turn when Sai enters her life. Sai is independent, daring and full of life. She drives Madhura to take the big step and live life on her terms. And tha's when Madhura is determined to fulfil her ‘bucket list’ anyhow.
Later in the teaser, she is seen taking up fights while repeating the lines of an old Marathi song and reciting another old poem. Madhura Sane, an innocent, simple and happy woman takes the decision that might not be accepted or appreciated. But she is not here to take no for an answer. How will she drive herself out of the four walls and live the life she wants. We’re waiting to watch.
Sumeet Raghavan, who is best known for playing Sahil Sarabhai in the famous family-drama Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, also features in the film. After giving an amazing performance in Nana Patekar’s Aapla Manus, he will be sharing the screen with the screen legend Madhuri Dixit.
While we’re excited about Madhuri’s Marathi debut, she will also be producing a Marathi film soon. The debutante producer earlier said, “While one of the things on my bucket list was to do a Marathi film, I am finally checking off being a producer. There’s a lot more we have planned and I hope to create a lot more big-screen magic.”
