When asked about her role Yami mentioned, “This is the first time I am playing a role like this. I’ve been looking to do roles like this that represent the strength and courage of today’s girls.”
What more, in order to prepare for her role, Kirti will learn to fly planes. “Other than learning how to shoot with a pistol, I will be taught how to operate a chopper. I don’t have enough time to learn to fly but I will understand the basics. I also plan to train for 10 days with Army men in Colaba so I get a feel of the day-to-day training,” shared the actress.
The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
While Yami will be next seen with Shahid Kapoor in Batti Gul Meter Chaalu directed by Shree Narayan Singh, Kriti’s Blackmail opposite Irrfan is all set to release this Friday.
As for Vicky, this will be another big release after Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi in which he is starring alongside Alia Bhatt.
