Race 3 producer Ramesh Taurani and director Remo D’Souza are heaving a huge sigh of relief… Salman, who has been granted bail in the blackbuck conviction, is a free man and ready to race back to work!
Taurani asserts, “It’s not about the film because films will keep getting made. We are all happy and relieved that Bhai is out.” Sounding emotional, he points out, “Salman has contributed to every department, from Bobby’s (Deol) makeover to the scripting of the characters of Anil Kapoor, Saqib (Salim) and Daisy (Shah).”

After Salman returned home to a hero’s welcome from his starry brigade of industry friends and hundreds of frenzied fans, he has his sights firmly set on work. He is expected to resume shooting for the third instalment of the Race franchise this week in Mumbai itself.
Apparently, he will join the rest of the Race 3 cast to shoot an important sequence with leading lady, Jacqueline Fernandez. The entire ensemble cast will also come together to shoot a song. The number in question is a recreation of the Atif Aslam, Pritam, Anushka Manchanda and Vishal Dadlani landmark track, ‘Allah duhai hai…’ from Race 2. The original song had been picturized on Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Saif Ali Khan, Anil and Jacqueline. The new version will see Anil and Jacqueline return along with the new cast of Race 3, including Salman, Bobby Deol and Daisy Shah.
The climax of this high-octane actioner had been completed in Abu Dhabi last month. With Salman out and free, the makers are keen to complete the film by the end of April.
Buzz goes that after completing shooting for Race 3, Salman is set to begin filming Dabangg 3. However, a cloud hangs over the film starting as the Bishnoi community is planning to move the Rajasthan High Court against the actor’s bail plea being granted. Salman will have to be present in court on May 7 for the next hearing.
