A few days ago Anushka Sharma’s pictures leaked from the sets created a furore as she was seen donning an older woman’s avatar. Many felt that it is for her role in her forthcoming movie Zero but it was actually for an ad shoot for a premier bank for which she has been appointed as the brand ambassador. The actress is seen playing not one but three characters in the advertisement and she looks convincing in all three, what’s more she actually kills it.

Anushka plays daughter, mother and grandmother in this ad for the banking institution which is promoting digital banking for customers. She has been signed on by the back as their brand ambassador. She shared the video on her Instagram account yesterday with the caption, “Can I finally get my Maa and Nani to agree upon something? #KyunNahi!
Thanks to @stanchartin, we all agree that banking is way simpler now.”

Anushka’s transformation for playing the three different roles with different age is marvelous and the actress does a marvelous job of enacting the roles with voice modulation and different mannerisms. However, she was a hoot when it came to acting the grandmother’s role. The grandmother is the one who steals the limelight while keeping her daughter and granddaughter in check.

It looks like all the speculations about her look in the forthcoming Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Zero was a waste as she was busy shooting for this ad. However, now the suspense and excitement has increased tenfold and we will be keeping our eyes and ears peeled for any new goss about the actress’s look. Buzz is that she plays a scientist in the film.

Anushka who got married to Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli in December last year has quite a few interesting projects in her kitty. Other than Zero she will be seen in Sui Dhaaga – Made in India with Varun Dhawan and will also be a part of the Sanjay Dutt biopic starring Ranbir Kapoor and titled Sanju.
