Bhavesh Joshi Superhero is not your average 'superhero' with superhuman powers but is more inspired by the well-known vigilante – Batman and Deadpool. The film’s trailer was released today and we must say, it is really exciting and exhilarating. Harshvardhan Kapoor plays the titular character and is the vigilante hell-bent on eradicating wrong doings and corruption.

The trailer starts with students participating in a mass protest, a jocular take on the current education system. The trailer also starts with a lighter note where three friends are talking about the comic book created by one of them. Under the guise of a brown paper bag to hide their identity, the students take to attacking the corrupt people on the street.
However, their vigilante does not last long and they are soon cornered and beaten to a pulp. Post this, the trailer takes a much darker and dramatic turn wherein the happy-go-lucky student turns to a Deadpool like character fighting with a weapon and riding a motorbike on the skywalks of Mumbai and patrolling the roads. He has started to think big and no longer is happy with accosting hapless common people, making videos and uploading on the internet. He has moved on to become violent, merciless and limits his vigilantism to the night hours instead of being an easy target during the day.
Harshvardhan, after the debacle of Mirzya looks much more promising here as he dons the mask and becomes our very own desi masked crusader. His college student tomfoolery quickly leads to a serious persona and Harshvardhan is able to justify it. He looks raw, fresh, on the edge and out to get your money’s worth. His smirk in the last frame of the trailer stays with you even after the video finishes playing.
