Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is a highly respected and revered film personality; he is also one of the most followed people on the social media site. However, when it comes to his tweets, updates and birthday wishes, that is a whole different ball game altogether. Amitabh whose name is synonymous with the Indian film industry has a bone to pick with the micro-blogging site Twitter. Today, in the wee hours of the morning he questioned the Twitter management on how they manage to keep the number of his followers constant.

The superstar wanted to know that how his follower count does not increase even though there is enough activity on the profile. Big B, who handles his Twitter account himself, always sends out his tweets with a picture of himself (either a film still or a real-life photo). So, this time around he employed a film still from (1981’s Naseeb probably) where he is seen in a cage fight sequence sprawled on the floor and probably trying to get up and asked Twitter on how they manage to keep the follower count constant. Amitabh has around 34.3 million followers which are way more than most of the Bollywood celebs but is a little less than Shah Rukh Khan who boasts of 35.2 million.

However, Amitabh’s followers feel that the senior actor is unnecessarily creating a mountain out of a molehill as he is still far better than a ton of his juniors like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kangana Raut, Ranbir Kapoor and others who are not even on social media.
