Shetty’s films are commercial masala entertainers and the director will be making a pleasant change from Ajay Devgn to Ranveer in this film. Talking about Shetty, Ranveer said, “I feel lucky to be collaborating with him. I admire and respect him. There is nobody who does this genre better than him. It is sad that some of the exceptional work that he does in terms of craft goes unnoticed because he does these big commercial films. I have been watching his work closely. His craft is matchless, like how he stages a scene... He is an immensely gifted filmmaker.” The shooting for the film will begin in a month’s time.
