Salman Khan has breathed life into the drowning careers of many around him. And when need be, the superstar has lent his presence – visual or vocal – in the debut films of many actors including Sooraj Pancholi, Athiya Shetty, Elli AvrRam, Zareen Khan, sometimes bankrolled them too. Thus, it came as a complete surprise when the 52-year-old bowed out of Katrina Kaif’s younger sister Isabelle Kaif’s maiden Bollywood venture. Salman was rumoured to feature in a special dance number for Isabelle’s debut film Time To Dance, was later reportedly opted out. On the other hand, a report by a leading magazine suggests that Salman would be seen in a cameo role in brother-in-law Aayush Sharma’s debut film Loveratri.
The report states that Salman has taken the onus on himself to launch Aayush in the industry (of course). And thus, is actively involved in every stage of the project, besides thoroughly checking every detail related to the film including its music. The magazine further reports that Salman will now be seen in a dance number in the movie. Does that ring a bell? Did Salman ditch Isabelle for Aayush? Considering Aayush is Salman’s darling sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s husband and a family member, it is only obvious the actor is going the extra mile for him.
If the report by the magazine is to be believed, Salman wasn’t keen on making an appearance as the superstar felt it would distract the audience from the lead pair Aayush and Warina Hussain. But after much persuasion, he gave a nod for a dance number in Abhiraj Minwala directorial.
Workwise, Salman recently wrapped up the last schedule of Race 3 co-starring Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem, Daisy Shah and Anil Kapoor. The actor is bust with his concert tour and will soon commence shooting for his forthcoming film Bharat with Priyanka Chopra
