Three months ago it raised eyebrows when Kangana Ranaut hired Hrithik Roshan’s ex-manager. Now, three months later, the fiery actress has fired her too! Apparently, Anjali Atha is no longer managing Kangana’s work. Their stint together has proved to be disastrously short, even though details about what led to this parting are yet to emerge.

Flashbacking to the time when Hrithik had a fallout with Exceed, the company who was handling his work for 12 years... Hrithik allegedly felt that he was being short-changed on his assignments, and was never told the right figure that Exceed was charging the clients for his work. What’s more, he was also paying a commission to Exceed.

Anjali Atha, his manager who was part of team Exceed, was apparently out of work for seven months post the split. Then she struck lucky with the most unexpected client – Kangana Ranaut. A thrilled Anjali, who had been appointed by the Queen actress to manage her work, had raved about her new assignment. “I am extremely happy that Kangana showed full faith in me and hired me. Mind you, it was not easy to sit at home for such a long time,” she had added.

This new partnership had sparked off speculation, as having worked with Hrithik for many years, Anjali would have been well in the know of all Hrithik’s professional as well as personal matters. Her hiring by Hrithik’s alleged ex, Kangana was even seen as being detrimental to Hrithik. Anjali had confirmed at the time, “I made it clear with Kangana that I will never discuss Hrithik.”

On Kangana’s part, her publicist had also confirmed that it was all strictly professional.
However, whether for personal or professional reasons, the union has not been a productive one and has met an early end.
