Jacqueline Fernandez met with an accident in the early hours of Friday. The Race 3 actress was returning from co-star Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra after a party when a drunk rickshaw driver carrying passengers in an inebriated state collided with the actress’s car. The rickshaw began tailing her car immediately after she left Salman’s residence. Fortunately, Jacqueline escape but her car was damaged.

According to a source, “As soon as Jacqueline's car exited Salman's residence, a rickshaw with inebriated men started tailing her car. The rickshaw tried coming too close to the actress' car and lost control colliding with the side of Jacqueline's car. The incident has left Jacqueline's car window smashed.” The onlookers who witnessed the accident said, “The Rickshaw driver along with a couple of guys was not in their senses. In an attempt to get too close to Jacqueline's car they lost control and banged into her car."

Thankfully, the Judwaa 2 actress was not hurt in the accident but was clearly shaken up. The drunken men in the autorickshaw were trying to get close to the actress’s car and in doing so collided against the vehicle as they could not control the three-wheeler since they were drunk. A police case was filed and the police have detained two people for questioning in the case. According to reports the men in the autorickshaw were trying to overtake Jacqueline’s car to stop it.

The drunken men even tried to throw beer bottles at the actress’s car window. Jacqueline had to call up Salman’s bodyguard who in turn informed Khar Road Police. Later on, bodyguards of Salman and his brother Sohail came to Jacqueline’s rescue and dropped her safely at her home. The auto driver fled from the scene and the police are searching for him. However, the police has deduced that the autorickshaw was from the Kurla area and are speculating that all four men must be from that area as well.
