Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor starrer 102 Not Out has impressed everyone and people are raving about the film and the performance of the veteran actors in the film. Now, the Umesh Shukla directed film has achieved a special honour. President Ram Nath Kovind’s office has requested the film owners for a special screening of the film at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Director Umesh Shukla confirmed the news and said, “It is a matter of great pride for any filmmaker for his film to be screened at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. I am curious to know the President's views on the movie."
The President’s office called the filmmakers earlier this week for holding a special screening of the film. The team is trying to figure out the best way that they can fulfill the President’s wish. The film’s team said, “It will take place either tomorrow or on Monday, and will be attended by the President, along with his family, and the members of the parliament.” Rishi Kapoor who stars in the film was delighted with the news and could not control his happiness. He said, “I would be more than happy to be a part of such great honour."

102 Not Out is a comedy-drama film revolving around the relationship of a father and son played by Bachchan and Kapoor respectively. The father who is 102-years-old wants to overtake the oldest living man and is full of exuberance and enthusiasm of life whereas his 75-year-old son played by Kapoor is a care-worn and despondent character who thinks himself as too old and leads a routine and mundane life. In order, to fulfill his desire of outliving the oldest man, the father decides that he needs to stay away from people with a negative mindset and hence decides to put his son in an old-age home. The film also stars Jimit Trivedi. The film released on May 4, 2018, and since then has been receiving rave reviews and acclaim.
