Parmanu Song Thare Vaste: John Abraham’s track introduces the main leads as Pandavas

John Abraham’s new song from his film Parmanu - The Story of Pokhran is a patriotic number that will definitely make you sit up and feel proud of the nation that you call home. The film is ready for release after a court battle with Prernaa Arora’s KriArj Entertainment. John’s film is based on the Pokhran nuclear tests done on May 11, 1998, during Atal Behari Vajpayee’s tenure as Prime Minister. This new song Thare Vaste from the film introduces the main characters of the film as the Pandavas from Hindu epic Mahabharata.

In the first still of the song we see John giving a presentation to Boman Irani and introduce his team of five people as the Pandavas. Amidst the introductions Diana Penty is introduced as Nakul and John is introduced as Krishna, the one who spearheads the operation. The song is a patriotic one and we get to glimpse the immense dedication and devotion that John’s character feels for the country in the song. The song has been shot in the desert and it has a Rajasthani folk vibe to it as well. We also get to see Diana packing a punch or two in the track. At one instance she is shown to be practicing boxing and in another still she is seen kicking open a door.

 

The video of the song is mostly made up of the footage of the trailer but we get to see John entering an underground bunker on a lift and we also get to see the heartfelt emotion and pride that he wears when he salutes the other soldiers and when he is about to enter the area he pulls out his cap in reverence. The song Thare Vaste from Parmanu - The Story of Pokhran has been sung by Divya Kumar and composed by Sachin-Jigar. The film is directed by Abhsihek Sharma and is all set to release on May 25, 2018.
