Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif was the next best thing when they were dating but post their split, things have not been very amicable between the two. It is now confirmed that Ranbir is dating his Brahmastra co-star Alia Bhatt and they even attended Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s wedding reception together making it almost official. Ranbir is happily basking in the limelight that his portrayal of Sanjay Dutt in his biopic Sanju is bringing his way. Alia is already garnering praise for her film Raazi which has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. Amidst, this entire rigmarole one person who does not seem very happy and has posted a cryptic message on her social media is Ranbir’s ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif.

Alia had openly admitted to having a crush on Ranbir for the longest time but it is only recently that the Barfi actor opened up about it too. In an interview recently he had said, “It's really new right now, and I don't want to over speak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is what's the right word? flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I'm aspiring to for myself. It's new for us, so let it cook a bit."

However, Katrina who is great friends with Alia is having some issues dealing with the latest development. The 34-year-old actress took to her Instagram to post a rather cryptic message that read, “I will believe it when I see it or I will see it when I believe it."

Although, she hasn’t mentioned Ranbir or Alia in her message it does seem that she is hinting at their alleged new relationship. We wonder, what will happen to the friendship that Kat and Alia used to share. Is it going to fizzle out the way most friendships do when you start dating your BFFs ex? Reports suggest that Alia and Katrina’s friendship is already on the rocks following this piece of news.
