Race 3: Salman Khan gets candid about Jacqueline Fernandez, most memorable moments and more

Fun and entertainment by now are synonymous with Bollywood's Tiger, Salman Khan. While the country awaits the mega release of the year, a.k.a Race 3, Salman holds no bars as he talks about his experience during the shooting of the film and working with co-star, Jacqueline Fernandez. Check out!

The film already looks like a blockbuster. How confident are you this time around?
We've done our best. After that, the fans decide whether we're going to make it into the biggest hit or not. We try and see to it that we give it our best from every angle; from screenplays to dialogues, action, music, visuals and all that stuff including emotions and romance. It's upto the audience whether they like it or not.

Any memorable moments from the Race 3 shoot?
When the film was being shot, my bodyguard, Juggy, got dehydrated and fell off. The sand was so hot, people were making tea on it while Bobby and I were filming an action sequence. After that, I decided to cycle back to the hotel which is about 40 km from the set. While everyone rode a Being Human cycle, I was riding a normal one on which you peddle. And during that, my bodyguard fell. He got stitches on his head, injuries to collarbone and 3 ribs. He was in ICU and now he is bedridden, all because of standing under an umbrella while having coconut water.

How has your relationship with Jacqueline Fernandez evolved over the years?
I have known Jacqueline from the time she came from Sri Lanka. She is still the same girl when we met. She was actually being cast into London Dreams but since it took time to
start, she did Aladdin instead.

Do you like the way films are promoted now or 10 years ago?
I don't enjoy it now, I didn't enjoy it then. For me, promotion is the fact just for the
audience to know when it is releasing. We've cut the promotion down and we've
thought to put that money to good use, like donate it to charitable homes.

Rumours say that three climax scenes were shot. What can you tell us about the ending?
It is a simple film.
