Salman Khan Films kept denying that the star would be a part of a song in the banner’s upcoming production venture Loveratri. However, now news comes in that both Salman and Arbaaz will do a special cameo in the Ayush Sharma-Warina Hussain starrer.
In fact, the current shooting schedule for Loveratri is nearing completion and Salman and Arbaaz’s cameo shoot is pegged to happen in Mumbai this week. The scene will be shot in the city and will apparently feature Salman, Arbaaz and Ayush. Do note, neither Salman nor Arbaaz are playing themselves in the film. It will definitely be interesting to see the two Khan brothers amp up the excitement onscreen together.

Filming of Loveratri will be completed in July and the film is touted to release in October, around the Navratri festival. Salman Khan, known to be devoted to his family, is producing this love story for his sister Arpita’s husband, Ayush.
Recently the film ran into trouble with the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) which claimed it would protest against the film's release. The VHP claimed that the title of the film 'distorts the meaning of a Hindu festival.' "The film is set against the backdrop of Navratri, a Hindu festival, and the name distorts its meaning. We will not allow its exhibition in cinema halls in the country. We don't want the sentiments of Hindus to be hurt," VHP's international working president Alok Kumar was quoted as saying.
Navratri is an important religious festival of Hindus and is celebrated all over India with pomp and fervour. Attempts are allegedly being made to get the name of the film changed. Another group 'Hindu Hi Aage' went a step further and announced a cash reward of Rs.2 lakh for anyone who would thrash Salman Khan in public. They have also appealed to the Censor Board for a ban on the release of the film, which is directed by debutant Abhiraj Minawala.
