Mithun Chakraborty and Yogeeta Bali’s son Mahaakshay ‘Mimoh’ Chakraborty is all set to tie the knot to yesteryear actress Sheela Sharma and filmmaker Subhash Sharma’s daughter, Madalsa Sharma. The wedding will take place next month on July 7, 2018 and will be an intimate destination affair. Madalsa revealed to a media house that it is a arranged-cum-love marriage as the families have known each other for years.

Madalsa said, “All are very excited. We are keeping it little low-key because we wanted it to be it a family affair. It's a destination wedding. I can't reveal the place, but for sure it's not in Mumbai.” It was speculated that the two were in a hush-hush relationship for the last three years, but Madalsa refuted the reports saying that the families have known each other for years. She said, “Families took the first call and then we took our relationship ahead. So you can say it's an arranged-cum-love marriage in our case.”

The couple had got engaged earlier this year. Madalsa revealed, “It was in March but again, we kept it low-key. It was at Mimoh's Mumbai house. We exchanged rings."

Madalsa made her acting debut in 2009 with a Telugu film titled Fitting Master. She has also done some Kannada and Tamil films. The film Angel released in 2011 was her first Hindi film. She has also appeared in a German film titled The Girl with the Indian Emerald.

On the other hand, Mahaakshay made his silver screen debut with Jimmy in 2008. However, the film sank at the box office and he could not make much of a mark. He has featured in a handful of films; none of them which did well at the box office. Haunted-3D, Loot, Ishqedarriyaan are some of the other films that he has been a part of. In 2013 he made his Bengali film debut in Rocky, in which he played the titular role.
