Alia Bhatt is riding high on the success of her last released film Raazi which is still doing a roaring business at the box office and has already crossed Rs 100 crore figure at the box office. In a short span of time and at a comparatively young age Alia has managed to carve a niche for herself in the Hindi film industry. Even her personal life is going great as the actress is in a relationship with her Brahmastra co-star and toast-of-the-town Ranbir Kapoor.
However, the actress said in an interview to a leading daily that marriage is definitely not on the cards right now but it is not a no-no situation either. As for Ms. Bhatt, she is not thinking about getting married right now. She considers herself a very random person and does things at the spur-of-the-moment as the actress is not someone who plans out her life ahead. Alia stated, "I feel the best things in life should happen when they are least expected. Maybe, people expect me to get married at 30, but I might surprise myself as well and get married before that."

Alia also confessed to her love for children. She said that she will get married to have children and that is the biggest reason for her. She told the leading daily, “Nothing is cast in stone, right? So, if I feel that I’m in a position where I want to take such a step, then I will. I’ve always believed that I would get married because of kids. So, if I am like, ‘This is the time I want to have my children and am also ready to have babies,’ I will get married.”
It is too early to speculate or even keep our fingers crossed but if Alia and Ranbir do eventually get married it will probably be the biggest coup of recent times. Currently, they are busy shooting for their film Brahmastra in which veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan also stars. Directed by Ayan Mukerji the film is slated for an August 2019 release.
