After singing the Selfish song and Party Chale On in Salman Khan’s Race 3 Iulia Vantur is all set to croon for Bobby Deol and Kriti Kharbanda starrer Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. However, this time Salman will also be giving playback to the song. The track is a romantic number featuring Bobby and Kriti in the third installment of the film franchise that also features veteran actor Dharmendra and Sunny Deol.

The idea for the song came about when the filmmakers were looking for a song to showcase a romantic sequence between Bobby and Kriti. A source told a leading daily, “Over a dinner meet, Salman admitted he had a song ready which he’d shortlisted for one of his upcoming films but was happy to give it to Bobby. Iulia recorded her portions in a Mumbai studio last week and Salman will record his once he completes the promotions of Race 3. The video will be shot next month at a Mumbai studio.” Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se is looking for an Independence Day release.

Salman is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that Bobby’s Bollywood career gets resurrected without any hitch. He is producing a solo hero film for the Soldier actor and is personally scouting scripts for him. Salman had said that he wants to bring Bobby back as a Greek God, and revealed that he was fondly called ‘Jattallion’ by friends in his young days because of his overflowing locks. He said, “It was a great way of describing a charming, good-looking star. The film will be well-timed, has the right budget and mass appeal with action and dance being taken to the next level.”

Bobby and Salman will be seen in Race 3 along with Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Anil Kapoor and Saqib Saleem. The film is directed by Remo D’Souza and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Salman Khan. It is going to release on June 15, 2018.
