As soon as she landed in Mumbai after finishing her work commitments in the West, actress Priyanka Chopra moved to Goa to have some family time. She also took along her new special friend, American singer-songwriter, Nick Jonas. The two could be seen walking hand-in-hand a day before they left for Goa, while having a cozy dinner with PC's folks and close friends.
Actress and Priyanka's sister, Parineeti Chopra too reached Goa for a day to spend some time with her Mimi didi. However, when a leading media house called up Parineeti to ask about her meeting with Nick, she twisted the answer. Instead, she focused on talking about the time spent with 'family.' She said, "It was a great catch up time. It was like a family trip and there were friends with us too. So it was a friends and a family trip actually. It was short and sweet. I was there for like 24 hours and I had a great time. It was a great trip".
She also mentioned that she just wanted to spend sometime with her sister who has been away from the family for the longest time ever. "I have not met my sister for months because she has been in America for the longest time. And whenever she travelled to Bombay, it was for a day or two. I wasn't in Bombay either at that time. So this time when she came, I literally ran to her because I have not met her for months," said Parineeti.
Earlier, PC's mother, Dr Madhu Chopra also tried to be diplomatic while answering a question about meeting Nick. She said there were many people around when she first met him and therefore, she would need more time to know Nick better.
Well, all we can do is wait for something official from their end!
