Actors Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma are having fun on the sets of their upcoming, Sui Dhaaga: Made In India. The film has the two donning completely de-glam characters. While Varun is playing the character of Mauji, a tailor and a peon, Anushka is playing Mauji's wife, Mamta, who's an embroiderer.
In a recent photo out from the sets of their film, reportedly somewhere in Madhya Pradesh, the two stars are seen eating bhutta (corn). Here's the post:

Directed by Sharat Kataria, who has earlier helmed Dum Laga Ke Haisha, which featured Bhumi Pednekar and Ayushmann Khurrana, Sui Dhaaga is slated for release on September 28. The film is reportedly based on PM's Make In India campaign, which promotes local industries.
Both the actors have taken training in the professions they are playing on screen. While Anushka learnt embroidery, Varun also got his hands clear on the craft of tailoring. In fact, his look for the film has also been kept quite basic. He revealed recently that it's not any popular hair-dresser but a local 'nai' who does his hair for the film.
