Sonam Kapoor recalls the day she realized husband Anand Ahuja was the love of her life

Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor Ahuja married her longtime boyfriend Anand Ahuja in a dream wedding on May 8, 2018. She chose to have the wedding in Mumbai where most of her family is based in a simple Anand Karaj ceremony. However, the pre-wedding celebrations and the wedding reception was a gala affair with the who’s who of Bollywood in attendance. However, what remained exceptional was the fact that Sonam not even once spoke about Anand in the media. The two were quite vocal on social media with their PDA but the actress never confirmed or denied her relationship to her beau. Until she got married, Sonam never spoke about Anand.

However, now, that the power couple is finally bound in holy matrimony she chose to reveal details about her four-year-long courtship. The newly-wed couple appears on the latest cover of a lifestyle magazine. Sonam finally revealed the moment she realized that Anand was the love of her life. The Veere Di Wedding took to social media to reveal the details of their first date that took place in London.

Sharing a stunning picture from her wedding album Sonam captioned it as, “I was apparently wearing the worst sneakers he had ever seen. I keep telling him that he fell in love with me despite my bad sneaker game... The magazine has documented their feelings towards each other and their special moments as it has documented their wedding journey. The Neerja star also shared another moment in the interview showing how supportive Anand is of her career and professional commitments.
