Blame it on Nick Jonas for the man just set the bar higher by several notches, by his chivalrous display of affection and respect for girlfriend Priyanka Chopra. First things first, going by the several dinner dates, family luncheons and Insta-official declaration of love, it was about time we dropped ‘rumoured’ and ‘alleged’ while referring to Priyanka and Nick as a couple. You may safely assume them to be in a relationship, a very romantic one to sum it up best!

After spending time with Priyanka’s family in India, followed by a brief concert in Brazil, Nickyanka (as the couple is fondly called by their fans) returned to the New York City after a quick de-tour. Often spotted arm-in-arm with each other, Nick and Priyanka just can’t get enough of each other. He is totally smitten by her while the desi girl is all for a mushy romance with her lover boy! Especially when you have been away for quite a while! Thus, a fan girl rushed to Priyanka the moment she was spotted with Nick at a street in the American city. Naturally, she requested to click some selfies with the global icon and while Priyanka obliged, a patient Nick waited at a distance for the girls to get done with their photo op.

Now, it is a very well established fact that Priyanka, 35, is a bigger star than her new boyfriend Nick, 25 – in terms of popularity, brand value and even fan following. But this behavior shown by Nick at an otherwise very regular phenomenon proves he is not the insecure kind. Comfortable in his shoes, the man takes pride in his girlfriend’s achievements and is all things heart. Similarly, the former Miss World may have the world dialed in, but she has eyes and heart only for the American singer-composer.

Workwise, Priyanka is set for a Bollywood comeback after Bajirao Mastani with Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat opposite Salman Khan. A leading daily reports Nick is expected to fly back to India to be by his ladylove’s side while she fulfills her work commitments.
