Sushant Singh Rajput is probably seeing the best time in his career. The actor is on a roll with directors and producers lining up to him with scripts and narrations. Sushant has some very interesting films in his kitty.
Now reports are coming in that the actor is in talks to star in the Andaaz Apna Apna Reboot. The film is the sequel to the well-known and hugely popular film Andaz Apna Apna that starred Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles. A leading daily reported that although no confirmation has come out, but Andaaz Apna Apna Reboot is being planned. It will be interesting to see Sushant dappling his hands in comedy, a genre that he hasn’t done till now.

After wrapping up Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath that also stars debutante Sara Ali Khan, Sushant will soon kick start the shoot for Mukesh Chhabra’s Hindi remake of The Fault In Our Stars. Another debutante Sanjana Sanghi will make her Bollywood debut with this film.
Sushant is also playing the lead in Nitesh Tiwari’s next which is a college drama based in an engineering college. He is also touted to reprise the role of cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the sequel to the successful biopic. Producer Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Films is set to launch the second part of the Dhoni story. The sequel is supposed to roll next year and Sushant is set to re-start his cricket lessons soon.
Sushant is also rumoured to be one of the top contenders for starring alongside Amitabh Bachchan in Aankhen 2, the sequel to Gaurang Doshi’s 2002 film Aankhen that featured Amitabh, Akshay Kumar, Sushmita Sen, Paresh Rawal and Arjun Rampal in the lead. He is also looking forward to the release of his dacoit film Son Chiriya which also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Manoj Bajpayee. Sushant plays a dacoit in the film and the flick is shot in the ravines of Chambal.
What more, post opting out of Chanda Mama...it is being touted that SSR is all set to direct his film based on space backdrop.
It remains to be seen how Sushant will be able to juggle so many interesting and lucrative projects. Here’s hoping that the young star does justice to all these diverse films.
