It's a madhouse here including power-packed performances. The trailer of the film starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, and Rajkummar Rao has released and, to put it simply, we are not disappointed!

Yesterday, on July 5, a couple of new posters were shared which managed to capture all our attention. They featured the three stars but Anil and Rajkummar tried to cover themselves with a Robot mask and a scarf respectively as Aishwarya remained captivated with a perplexed expression plastered across her face. The teaser that came out in the last week of June was a just sneak peek at the story. While we're tried to decode the narrative then, it seems simpler now.

Anil a.k.a Fanney Khan is a common man struggling to earn his livelihood as a taxi driver. In spite of his unfortunate circumstances, his dream of becoming a "famous" musician does not die. In a situation like this, his only hope is his awkward and overweight teenage daughter, Lata. Following multiple attempts and failures to bag her any chance of showcasing their talent, he decides to do the unseen.

Aishwarya, who plays a pop star, is kidnapped by Anil and his friend Rajkummar. No threats. No ransom. All the poor father wants is to be heard and recognized by the people. She has everything going on perfectly for her. Even with such an incident, she practically has nothing to lose. Will she help them?

Fanney Khan is said to be the remake of Dutch film Everybody’s famous. It is co-produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra Pictures Productions and T-Series and is in association with Anil Kapoor Films Company Network and it will be presented by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra Pictures. The film will release on August 3, 2018.
