Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan made his television comeback last year with TED Talks India: Nayi Soch. While the show hosted by SRK could not rule the TRP charts, the makers of the talk show planned a second season. But now it seems the show might be pushed ahead by a few months.
If a report in a leading daily is to be believed, the makers are trying to find a compatible situation between TED Talks and the channel that airs the show in India. "The channel airing the show has revamped its brand ideology, which is not in line with TED Talks. So, discussions are underway to find compatibility between the two. Only after that will they start looking for new speakers on the show. Also, all the episodes are looked at and curated by the makers of the original series in the US, which takes time." a source informed the daily.

For the unversed, the talk show features speakers from various fields sharing ideas in TED’s signature format of short, powerful talks. Thus with the revamped ideology, the dates of the speakers will also need to match SRK's, who is currently in the post-production phase of Aanand L Rai's Zero.
Considering the issues, the makers are keen on postponing the talk show by a few months. "Last year, the episodes were shot in September and aired in December. This year, it looks like it will be pushed by two-three months," the source informed the daily.
Meanwhile, talking about the show, Shah Rukh had earlier said, “I have always been a fan of ‘TED Talks’ even before it became big on the internet. I would call this show the biggest achievement of my life. It’s something I am doing with pride and not for money. This show will spread love and innovative ideas.”
