Sushant Singh Rajput has many lucrative and interesting films under his belt and one of them is the Hindi remake of The Fault in our Stars. The film is the directorial debut of casting director Mukesh Chhabra. The film’s first look and the title of the film Kizie Aur Manny were released a couple of days ago. It is based on a beautiful love story written by author John Green, talks about two young people who are battling cancer and how they end up loving each other in the days that they have left. A couple of days back, author of The Fault in our Stars, John Green, fondly tweeted his anticipation of seeing the film and Sushant went ahead to respond to the author’s tweet in his adorable way.
Tagging the first look and the title of the film Green wrote, “I want to see this movie more than I have ever wanted to see any movie.” To this heartwarming tweet, Sushant too replied and said, “It’s such a wonderful book John, thanks once again for writing it, and we shall try our best not to let you down. And while we shoot, the roller coaster is just going up, my friend. Gus Namaste.”

Kizie Aur Manny also stars debutante Sanjana Sanghi who was seen in a cameo appearance in Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri starrer Rockstar. She has also starred in Hindi Medium and Fukrey Returns. The first poster shows the two leads Sushant and Sanjana sitting atop a bus with their backs towards the camera. An oxygen cylinder can be seen next to Sanjana while Sushant is seen sporting a Rajinikanth mask at the back of his head.
On the work front, Sushant has an amazing lineup of projects. He has wrapped the shoot for Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath opposite Sara Ali Khan. He is also in talks with starring in Aankhen 2 opposite Amitabh Bachchan and to star in the cult hit Andaz Apna Apna’s sequel Andaaz Apna Apna Reboot. Sushant will be next seen in Son Chiriya opposite Bhumi Pednekar in which he plays a dacoit. The sequel to his hit film MS Dhoni: The Untold Story is pegged to get a part two, which will have Sushant reprising his role of the former Indian skipper. He is also looking forward to Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming student-drama.
